Discover Your Recipe
Introduction
This survey helps you discover who you are, not who you think you should be to play your best golf. Not the technical stuff. The human side of golf. Discover your Go-To Recipe. Notice the Recipe Wreckers that spoil your game. Sharpen your See It, Feel It, Do It. And get better at the 90 percent of golf when you’re not actually hitting the ball—the waiting, the walking, the wandering… the Between Shots moments.
Few Guidelines Before You Start
Answer these like a human, not a robot. A rule of thumb? If a camera can see it, it’s probably the wrong kind of answer. If only you can feel it, notice it, or manage it, you’re on the right track.
Do—
Be honest. Brutally honest.
Use simple language. This is not a pre-calculus exam.
Describe what makes you human—what you felt, noticed, or did.
Pay attention to the first thing that changed, not the fifth disaster after it.
Focus on your way of playing, not your score.
Don’t—
Don’t give swing tips to yourself.
Don’t blame the wind, the greens, your lie, your putter, or the alignment of the planets.
Don’t give answers like “I played bad” or “I shot 168!”
Don’t write what you should have done instead of what actually happened.
